Vijyalaxmi Kara is based in the U.K. and has over twelve years of experience in performing semi classical music, devotional music and film classics. She also sings various other forms of light music with a classical touch.

Vijya also composes some of her own music and is a dynamic performer with a rich voice that can not fail to uplift the audience.

Vijyalaxmi also believes music is one of the most powerful forms of therapy.

Vijya has done extensive reasearch in the therapeutic area and she also holds singing therapy lessons and workshops.

Vijyalaxmi is a highly compassionate musician and believes that our lives should be dedicated to the service of humanity. She is also a founder trustee of a UK registered charity Inner Joy Foundation.
